I start baking before the sun rises and after it sets in order to ensure that every batch is as fresh as possible before it gets to you. The warm smell of baking often escapes through open windows and onto the street. I am dedicated to bringing you the freshest, most delicious granola bars and cookies around. Anything short of 100% customer satisfaction is not acceptable!
The Bakerz Dozen is 100% Veteran owned and operated. I spent the first 23 years of my adult working life in the military, retiring in 2015. I like to say that I have now traded in my combat boots for cookbooks.
It isn't uncommon for family and friends to ask "Have you ever made...?" So I say to myself, nope but challenge accepted. It gives me the greatest pleasure to bake their recipes and have them tell me that it tastes exactly like Grandma used to make.
